Ice ice baby: Lazy Jacks Kitchen’s exclusive ice-creams
There's nothing like the words 'exclusive' and ice-cream' to get your mouth-watering. LJK in Fowey is serving up some seriously unique and quirky ice-creams in collaboration with Moomaid of Zennor this summer.

4 Webb St, Fowey, Cornwall
LJK, known for its boundary-pushing attitude towards foodie flavours, is famed for its off-the-wall take on the traditional ice-cream parlour. Visitors can now try ‘Pirates delight’: rum and apple pie and a cheeky ‘Mojito’. Delicious!
Marching to a creatively anarchic tune, owner and inspirational founder Mike, left behind a life of suits and stress in London in favour of one full of flavour in Fowey. Spotting a gap in the market, he wanted his new business to offer a twist on the traditional Cornish childhood holiday nostalgia. Now even more firmly sitting in the “Cool Cornwall” category of Cornish businesses, JLK very quickly made a name for itself with its edgy style and on-the-ball team of staff.
Since his Bourbon and Cornflake ice-cream launched last summer, inspired by Humphrey Slocombe Ice-Cream Parlour in San Francisco, Mike is continuing his collaboration with Moomaid of Zennor dreaming up dark and deliciously different recipes to tempt locals and visitors alike.
