Stay & Supper

Opened up to the rafters Howthere Barn is gloriously light with open plan living expertly designed. Snuggle into the aged leather sofa next to the gloriously contemporary woodburning stove and look out at the enchanting view. Inspiring tranquillity follows into the kitchen with clever spacing, clean design and all you need to cook dinner a deux.

Late nights & Lie ins

Climb up to the glass mezzanine for treetop style sleeping in the super king-size bed underneath original restored oak beams. Bliss.

Soak off the salt water

Delightfully tucked away is the contemporary bathroom with shower – but should you not want to leave your sleeping platform you can soak decadently in the roll top bath under the eaves.

Mod cons

Small but perfectly formed Howthere Barn has all the mod cons you need to keep up with the outside world – or pen the next Du Maurier novel. WiFi, TV and DVD player as well as plenty of books and an MP3 player for serene music.

The most beautiful of gardens and woodland surrounds the barn. Pack plenty of walking gear (unleash the rambler) because Howthere Barn is positioned next to Helford creek, sub-tropical gardens, sculpture galleries and, of course, Frenchman’s Creek. Pack your copy of Du Maurier’s classic to fully immerse in the magic of it all.
