Having been taught the art of sausage making by his grandmother, Gavin Roberts started the company in 2007, producing a range of sausages, bacon and porky products which have become popular with Michelin starred chefs and the local contingency. Armed with Granny’s secret recipe, still used in the Trelawney Traditional sausage, the Roberts family use their combination of butchery expertise and culinary passion to lovingly handcraft their superior sausages with the finest cuts of pork.
It’s also worth mentioning their rustic Home Sausage Making Kits that are available to buy from the website in the run up to Christmas.
