The second in the series of tasting events, on Wednesday 13th November, will feature the best of Cornish wild ingredients – a theme that sounds both tasty and intriguing; think both game and foraged fodder with each course perfectly matched to its wine.

The evening will kick off with a glass of fizz and a talk from

ex-marine forager, Miles Lavers, about his year spent living in the wilderness, subsisting solely off what nature provided.  Wadebridge Wines will also be on hand to discuss the wine pairings throughout the evening.

This will be a 6 course event, with game dishes including venison and partridge as well as foraged delights such as field mushrooms, seasonal fruits and berries, and seafood.

Booking is definitely essential so grab your tickets, priced at £50 pp, here and go wild!
